I love how Cheryl doesn’t back down from anything in this pod, and gives her guests a space to be vulnerable about what ended up being a hard and tragic time in their life. It’s fun that it’s friend style like two people having a chat and it felt forced or totally planned out. I look forward to seeing where this podcast continues to evolve and grow.

This is just the anti-Beachbody content that I need as I’m navigating leaving the “coaching” world! I didn’t realize my experience of how I was taught to “build a business” was so widely practiced by other teams. I wish I was as brave as Cheryl to put myself out there and speak out against Beachbody. But alas I am not (at this point), so I will do a little validating for myself and my experience by listening to each new episode. Love it, Cheryl!
